Why Free?
I’m new to Toronto and I would like to grow my contacts and network for my music. I’m a pre-med student at U of T and I would like to help my family pay for my education. My university experience has been more than scholastic and indeed I feel a responsibility to aid my family who have sacrificed much for me and my brother.
I usually receive $50 - $150 dollars an hour but I am willing to pay my dues to become well known in the GTA. I’m not only a gifted classical piano player, I love to meet guests and select music that enriches an event. I have won numerous top pianist awards from regional, provincial and national level piano competitions. I have perfect pitch and can play music by ear. Popular music requests without the music score are always welcome.
If you have an event that is not for profit or is for a significant organization or group, I would be willing to play the event free of charge with a nominal fee or honorarium to cover transportation etc. with the understanding that I would have my business cards at the piano and distributed with the event’s literature. I wouldn’t mind a smaller private event or wedding if again I can include my website and distribute my business cards to guests.
Above all, I would be looking for your help in getting my name out to the music loving community. There are still students that believe in hard work and starting small to grow big.

furnished room, private bath, available March 2nd
This is a furnished room with private bathroom. Included. ( hydro, electricity, internet )
Drawer, closet, computer desk, bed, lundry, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen is shared. This unit is in the 9th floor.
Size of the room: 8'-6" x 12' - 0
Lay out: Bathroom is infront of the room ( private ), kitchen is in front of the room. The room is not close to the main door, so no noise will bother you.
Sauna, gym ( 2 separate rooms ), party room, pool, no parking but if you have car there are lots of classified adds downstairs to rent their parking lots ($70-$75) for parking lot.
bus stop is right in front of the building but it's just 2 minutes walk to Finch subway. If you are a Seneca student, it's just 20 minutes by bus to Seneca and 10 minutes drive to Seneca.
Shoppers Drug Mart, Conveneience store and lots of restaurant are in the neighborhood.
Arragment of the period for stay: the period is every 2 months. You can stay more or you can leave after 2 months but not earlier. A first and last is mandatory. A deposit of $50 for key and for the damage is neccessary ( which will be returned to you upon your leave ).
Who will you be living with?
Me, I am a Seneca student and a profetional, basically work at home and my fiance. He is not home ( 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM ). We don't smoke, no pet. If you are a party boy or girl with lots of friends who party during the week, it's not the right place for you. But you are welcome to use the party room.
Who am I looking for?
A quite male or female student or a profetional ONLY. People who work from home please don't call.
If you have a pet, it's ok to keep it in your bedroom , this is a pet-allowed building, If you smoke you can use the balcony.
Since this room is furnished, you don't need to buy or bring anything with yourself( no moving ). Even kitchen suppliers are ready.
