I have 1 fully furnished room for rent in the basement of my home in the Dufferin/Steeles area. There is a seperate entrance, separate kitchen & washroom; the kitchen & washroom are shared with 1 other male. Laundry is also included.
The room & other areas are very modern & bright, since the basement was only finished a handful of years ago. The area is very nice and quiet, & there is a lot of shopping nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants & a major mall, which also has a movie theatre. The TTC is also fairly close by.
I am looking for a non-smoking male who is either employed full-time, or a student. The potential tenant must keep the room & common areas clean, & they must be a quiet individual.
