Specially designed to help women find comfort and ease throughout their pregnancy, this class will gently tone and stretch, maintaining muscle health and fitness during pregnancy and facilitating an optimal post-birth recovery.
In addition, we will address common pregnancy complaints such as back pain and leg cramps (among other things!).
A great introduction to yoga, or a place to find a little more gentleness in a regular practice, the breath work and increased body awareness will help you relax, tune in to your baby's movements and release into changes of pregnancy and motherhood.
