The fragmentation of life can keep you running incessantly. It is easy to lose touch with what is most important to you. Life/Executive Coaching, gives you the ability to slow down, allowing you to gain greater clarity about what it is you really want. Partnering with a Life/Executive Coach will help you both define your goals and create a road map for achieving them.
The Shangri-La Studio invites you to take advantage of a complimentary 30-minute coaching session to see if working with a coach is right for you. If you decide to continue, we ask that you commit to a three month coaching relationship. Your initial session will last approximately two hours. Most of our clients find this session extremely beneficial, rewarding, and self-revealing. Thereafter, your coach will create a regular coaching schedule based on your preference. Although each person is different, the majority of our clients get the best results with 2-3 hours of coaching per month, broken up into 45-minute sessions. You may decide to be coached more or less--the choice is yours. Most of our coaching takes place over the phone making it easy to fit into your schedule. You will also be able to contact your coach in between sessions via email and/or phone.
