Venue rentals at the prestigious Dance District
VENUE RENTAL AT THE DANCE DISTRICT
The Dance District facilities are available for private parties as well as corporate events. The space itself is large enough to accommodate up to 120 people and features a bar, lounge seating, integrated video system, and state-of-the-art audio system in the 200 year old decadence of exposed two foot hardwood beams over a floating hardwood floor. This space will leave your guests and clients with memories for a lifetime!
Below you will find an outline of our rates. If you have any special needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our pricing:
Studio rental starts at $500 for two (2) hours with 30 minutes to set up before and 30 minutes to strike/cleanup afterwards in off hours, such as weekday mornings. All prices are for use of space only.
Pricing for weekend evening rentals is for a base time of 6 hours and can start as early at 5pm.
Friday Evening: $2300
Saturday Evening: $2500
Sunday Evening: $1950
