Great furnished apartment in Art Déco building right at the corner of Lawrence and Yonge Streets, two minute walk from Lawrence subway station. This apartment is very quiet even though it's on a dead-end street parallel to Yonge. Cable television, telephone line and Internet connection included in the rent. With hardwood floors, this apartment is spacious and bright. There is a living room, a dining room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and bedroom windows face Lorindale Avenue, a very quiet, residential dead-end street. It is located beside a great 24 hour Dominion supermarket, different banks, businesses, stores, a Starbucks just accros the street. The building has a laundromat. This is really a great location for people who would like to spend some time in Toronto just visiting, studying or working. Great language schools and college nearby (Glendon College on Lawrence and Bayview), at walking distance. The apartment is available the whole summer (July and August), but if there is a need, I am open to sharing it on May and June. The place is ideal for two people, a couple or roommates. I travel quite a bit around the world and try to stay at vacation rentals when I can. I very highly recommend this rental - it is private, but on a bustling street. The condo is very clean, modern furnishings and appliances andd best of all - COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! The price is right and the subway to EVERYWHERE is across the street as is Bus Stop to "the Beaches" which you can hike to if you like exercise...full grocery store across street makes meals easy.
