I travel quite a bit around the world and try to stay at vacation rentals when I can. I very highly recommend this rental - it is private, but on a bustling street. The condo is very clean, modern furnishings and appliances andd best of all - COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! The price is right and the subway to EVERYWHERE is across the street as is Bus Stop to "the Beaches" which you can hike to if you like exercise...full grocery store across street makes meals easy. Single bedroom in an apartment with a wonderful 22-year old, female room-mate. Full access to the entirety of the apartment. Room is quite large (14'4" x 10'1"), place is safe and clean, and room-mate is fun, wonderful and quite quiet. Living is spacious and rent includes all utilities, internet and home phone. It's a perfect place for someone studying at York University for the summer, because it is literally less than a ten minute walk away. Across the road from groceries, and a laundromat is available on location.
The room will come equipped with a Queen-sized bed, desk, bookshelf and dresser that can be used for the duration of subletting. Other room-specific furniture may be left by request. Currently, there is a pet rabbit at the apartment but he's quiet, like all rabbits, and quite lovable.
Looking to sublet April 2008 until August 2008, but willing to rent for a specific chunk of that time by agreement. Female applicants are preferred as your roommate is also female, but male applicants can be accepted on interview. Call for any specific questions etc. Smokers are welcome, but roommate doesn't smoke and smoking would have to be on the balcony, not inside.
