Goldenhawk black walnut flute
Beautiful brand new 19” 6-hole black walnut native American Flute. A striking but subtle wood grain, it is tuned to the key A# & has an awesome, sweet voice. The bird totem, slide and the ends are made from cherry wood. The totem is tied down with maroon deerskin leather ties. Hand Made African Iron Gankogui /Agogo Bells
The Gankogui (gon-KOE-gui), also known as agogo bell, double bell, or hi-low bell, is used traditionally in a variety of West African and Brazilian percussion ensembles. By striking the bells with a mallet or beater a two-pitch song is created, often used to keep time for the drummer, dancers, and singers. Hand-forged of iron by expert blacksmiths in Togo, each gankogui is pitched so the high bell is roughly a tonal third above the lower bell. 2 are for sale: a large (9" low bell, 13" tall), and a medium (7" low bell, 11" tall). Each have bright, sustained tones which sing out over the ensemble durable construction, and are built with quality of sound as priority. Light-wood beaters included as shown. 416 963-9977

African Talking Drums
Sold individually, these are BRAND NEW, but sudden notice of having to relocate requires selling off many items, these 3 included. The talking drum (aka dondo, adondo, atumpan, or gan gan) is a variable pitch pressure drum which has been used for centuries as a tool for communication within and between West African rural communities. By squeezing and beating the drum simultaneously the drum can be made to mimic the syllables and intonations of human speech, so with its variable pitch potentials it stands out as a unique 'voice', therefore being a notable addition to any drum circle or percussion group. Made in Northern Ghana, it's a solid one-piece hand-carved construction, with a goat skin head & strong vertical tuning cords. 19 ¾ x 7; 18 x 6 ½; 16 x 6. Curved beater included. These are great sounding drums, & note that worldwide, drum circles are expanding like crazy, now. Get on board and drum some!
