Avon is a commission based sales opportunity. You will earn between 10-50% of your sales depending on your sales volume. For your first two campaigns, if your orders are over $125 you will enjoy a guaranteed 40% off of all Avon products. On everything else such as clothes, shoes, gifts, etc, you will earn 20%. You could earn $120 with a $300 order. There is also 100% guarantee on all Avon products. If your customers return the products, you simply return it back to Avon, and Avon will credit your account. There really is nothing to lose.
The one-time $20 kit will include 2 campaigns worth of brochures, training material, access to your representative website, a demonstration product and more.
In addition to sales commission earnings, Avon also offers leadership earning opportunities. If you choose to become a sales leader, and you find 4 people to join your team, you can earn a bonus of $700 plus commission
