Hello
I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for myself and my partner. We need it for the beginning of May 2008. I am looking primarily in the Oshawa/Whitby area. I can not exceed $700/month. Utilities and parking must be included.
About Us:
My name is Chris, I am 25 and work for the Durham District School Board full-time, and my partner is also 25 and currently attending Durham College and working. We have 1 car and our own furniture. We are saving for a house, so we are looking for an inexpensive place to live for while.
We would like to potentially get a cat in the future so hopefully that would be ok, but if not I understand. We are 2 quiet and VERY CLEAN responsible adults. We like to have minimal guests over occasionally to visit from time to time. With us having our own furniture lots of space is needed, so we are looking for a spacious apartment. We like to cook most of our meals. We keep to ourselves and are respectful of other people. My partner does smoke, but always goes outside to do so.
Our Needs:
• Available Parking 24/7 for 1 car to come and go anytime
• Utilities Included (would be great if cable and/or internet was included also)
• Private Entrance
• Tennant Privacy
• Bedroom, Living Area, Separate Kitchen & Bathroom
• Possibility of Pets being allowed (1 Cat)
• Storage Space
